"Purple House By The Beach" - Just a casual 100 metre walk and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches near Bermagui. Haywards/Camel Rock beach with its sunning views, rock formations and parts are dog friendly.

The Home: Open plan living/dining and kitchen area with easy access via the French doors to the front and rear verandas. Features include; high ceilings, slow combustion wood heater, rustic hand crafted kitchen using local hardwood, free standing island bench, walk in pantry and laundry area. Lots of large windows to let in the natural light and to take in the views to front and rear native gardens.

Bedrooms: Two good sized bedrooms downstairs, both with built in robes, a central bathroom with large shower and hand crafted vanity. Upstairs is the master bedroom, built in robe, a spacious office space and ensuite.

Studio: A separate space for extra visitor accommodation, art/craft room or a home office. There is small kitchenette, shower and an outside toilet.

Bath House: Fill the tub and relax while drinking your favourite beverage. Set the mood with a candle or two, a good book while listening to the sound of the waves and native birds.

Barbecue Area: A wonderful spot to entertain friends and family with the shady trees to keep you cool on those hot summer days.

Gardens: Easy care native gardens with a splash of colour here and there. A row of mature fruit and citrus trees line the driveway. The built up vegetable gardens supply good produce throughout the year.

Woodshed: Store your wood out of the rain and away from the house.

Parking: Under house parking for one car, and off street parking for four more cars.

Location: Approximately 5 minutes into Bermagui and more pristine beaches, boat harbour, golf course, cafe's, restaurants, Club and Hotel. One hours drive to Merimbula Airport, 20 mintues to Cobargo and 10 minutes to the historic towns of Tilba Tilba and Central Tilba.
